We have
had our carpets “steamed cleaned” in the past and ended
up with saturated wet carpet and padding. How is your system different?
Our Majestic
Floor Care “Big Truck” produces a true vapor steam.
When we clean carpets only a vapor steam touches your carpets. Our system
produces heat up to 280 degrees. Other systems typically do not maintain
water temperature above 212 degrees and they will apply only hot water
to your carpets. Other systems also have very weak vacuum systems which
creates wet carpets and longer drying times. The Majestic Floor
Care “Big Truck” eliminates all of these problems.

How long
will it take for my carpets to dry with your process? Carpets that dry
quickly are very important to me.
Carpets dry within
1 – 2 hours with our process. The Majestic Floor Care
process cleans and sanitizes your carpets with a vapor steam that puts
very little water into the carpet.
My family
has allergies to dust mites and I am told that dust mites exist in my
carpet, furniture, and mattresses. Will your system kill them?
The Majestic
Floor Care truck produces high heat up to 280 degrees. These
high temperatures will kill the dust mites and our
high volume vacuum will remove all residue from carpets, fabric, and
mattresses. The high heat also sanitizes the floors, fabric, and mattresses.
The grout
lines in my tile floors are dirty. Can your system clean them?

Yes.
We spray and scrub the grout and tile then we have a special tile
cleaning tool that also uses high heat and a strong vacuum.
We remove all dirt and restore your tile to new condition. The
turbo cleaner is specially designed for cleaning any type of tiled
area. |
The turbo cleaner
pressure washes the floor and at the same time extracts the dirty water
off the surface leaving the tiles and grout joints clean.
Do you seal
the grout lines after cleaning?
Sealing of any
porous grout is necessary to protect them from premature decay and liquid
contamination, e.g. - oil, grease and dirt. Even old tiles and grout
can be cleaned and resealed to give them back a new lease on life!
In the past
carpet and tile cleaning companies have scratched my hardwood floors
and damages my wall corners. What precautions do you take to ensure
this does not happen?
Our crews are very
respectful of your home. It is very important to us that you are satisfied
with the job that we do. Our company uses drop cloths on all surfaces

How often
should my carpets be cleaned?
We recommend regular
vacuuming using an efficient domestic vacuum cleaner. However, even
the best vacuum cleaners remove only a fraction of the dust, dirt, pet
waste, dust mites and other allergens in your carpet. There are millions
of tiny insects and dirt particles that thrive on the stuff your vacuum
cleaner doesn't and can't remove. The only way to rid your carpet of

Should
we have a carpet protector put on our carpets after cleaning?
Carpet manufacturers
often apply a protector to their quality carpets at their factory. However,
this protection wears off over time, especially if the carpet is not
vacuumed regularly (at least weekly), has a high amount of traffic or
is exposed to frequent contamination. The protector helps preserve the
appearance, condition, maintainability and serviceability of your carpet.
It gives you extra time to clean up spills before they turn into stains.
For carpets in new
to good condition, we seriously recommend the application of a carpet
protector. This is best done immediately after vapor/steam carpet
cleaning. The carpet protector adds or restores protective
properties to your carpet, extending its life and making it easier to
care for. This is a small cost to pay for peace of mind.

or reducing agents. That, along with our high heat vapor steam
cleaning system kills bacteria and dust mites

water damage:
Things to do if you see or suspect leaks or floods in
your home or office:
- Stop the leak.
Turn off the water supply and call your plumber
immediately.
- Protect your
personal effects (furniture, area rugs, clothes, etc) from secondary
water damage.
- Do not enter
wet rooms with the electricity turned on.
- Call your insurance
company.
- Prompt and proper
remediation of water damage is very important. Mold
can begin growing in 48 hours.
- If seweage is
